Hi there,

I am Kai Santos currently residing in the Philippines and I am 34 years age old. My goals in life are simple, to stay healthy always and work hard for my better future. I found this website while I am browsing in google looking for tips about how to effectively build my muscle and suggestions for food diets. So basically I do my work out at my backyard while using my makeshift lifting tools and some other tools for work out. My work out plan involves both strength training and circuit training. My strength training schedule is at-least four times a week while my circuit training schedule is 6 days a week 5 to 10 kilometers for 1 to 2 hours running every afternoon after work. My expectations on this forum is to learn more better ways on how to have a healthy lifestyle.

Hello everyone,

I'm a 24 year-old medical student. I'm currently on leave from my studies due to certain issues, and during the past 2 months I have focused more on my personal health. I am 180 cm, and I used to weigh 105 kg just this December 2017. Currently, I am now at 85 kg. My current goal is to stay at around 75-80 kg with a better body shape than before. I lost weight without going to the gym, I just regularly worked out at home for 20 minutes daily, reduced my food intake, and walked for up to 2 hours per day outside the house. I'm hoping to achieve the goals which I have set for myself by April 2018, and hopefully maintain this lifestyle even when I return to school.

Hi everyone I'm Chrystal I just turn 18 last day and yeah I'm officially a lady. I am residing in the Philippines . I'm still a student a Senior High School Student. My dream is to be a doctor someday a good cardiologist that will cure many of people who are sick. I found this site in facebook while scrolling down watching post of my friend and I've been curious what is this site so I click it. And I've been interested with this site. My favorite workout is dancing even though I'm not a good dancer. For the past month dancing help me be fit and healthier. I am able to loss 4 kg with just dancing or zumba and also with proper diet.

Hello everyone,

I am anah, I am 26 years old. I play taekwondo and volleyball. I am not really good at dancing nor singing. What i am really into is sports. Ever since I was young I play basketball with my friends. I also performed taekwondo demonstration back then. It was fun.

Hi. Amie here from the Philippines. I am currently in search for forums regarding fitness and health related  topics because my husband and I are on the mission of returning to fitness and proper training. My husband is a semi vegetarian and I am planning to follow him into his diet and fitness. I am hoping that this website will help us also in our journey. We've had previous mistakes in terms of body building and supplements and diets before and we're hoping to do it much better this time. I hope that this website and the people here will be able to share valuable information that are beneficial to all of us. Cheers.

Hi,

I'm jaclyn, I'm 26 years old. I'm married with 2 daughters. I'm a full time house-wife with some part-time jobs online, and an online business. I found your forum through postloop. I don't have time to go to the gym to do workouts. My husband bought a Punching Bag and gloves, so instead of going to the gym and do some boxing exercise there, i just do this in our own home. I do this when i woke up every morning before I cook a breakfast and do my daily tasks as a mother/wife. I also download an app regarding fitness. I love boxing, because as what I've searched boxing improves body composition, decreased stress, and can really burn calories and lose weight. I think even though you don't have any punching bag or gloves you can still do this kind of exercise.

Hello everyone, I'm Aecel from the Philippines. I'm happy to be here. I found this website on Google. I don't have a work as of this moment because I'm still reviewing for my board exams but I do part-time jobs online so I could still make money while waiting for my board exams. What I mostly do to stay fit is to have a proper diet I'm not a vegan but I love eating veggies. For my workout, I do Yoga, sometimes running, and I love walking outside. Looking forward interacting with you guys I do hope that I could learn a lot from this forum because we must give importance to our health. My goal is to have nice abs someday. Hahaha. xD

Hi guys, brief rundown: 29 y.o married female, certified personal trainer but not working in PT right now (I used to train people in their homes, never worked in a gym), I've competed in NPC shows and placed well, and make competition suits and sell them on the side.. Current goals are to cut ~20 lbs of fat and continue to grow muscle mass, probably not at the same time because my body is way past newbie gains. Last 6 months or so have been stressful and I haven't been on top of my diet, but I've been back in the grove of strict counting for about a week now and have already lost a good deal of water weight. Life goals are to grow my business(es? I have a couple different projects going on at once but one registered LLC to manage my income streams) and enjoy life with my husband and doggo.

I got to know about the Androgrow fitness forum as I seek to find a unique forum that talks about fitness and every other necessary way one can get to keep the body and mind in shape and I have to say that I've not been disappointed since I joined few hours ago. Hey everybody , I'm coolprogramer also in Philippines,  I am so very thankful that I found this awesome site. I'm love to exercise and make myself in good shape. I ate vegetables and fruits often and I want to learn from here what's the secret of bring healthy. I played basketball,baseball and tennis. I want to have some healthy muscles and build some abbs. Hello everyone. I'm Aj. I'm a senior high school student. I am an aspiring Interior Designer and Psychologist. I've found this site via google and I can say that this site, even though it's not officially launched yet, it's already great and I can see its potential as a site for people who wants to live healthily. I avoid eating junk foods and drinking softdrinks as a part of my healthy diet. I eat smart and healthily. I use this app called Running and Fitness (it can be downloaded on the Appstore (iOS) I don't know if it's available on the Playstore, though.). This apps had helped me have a healthy body. Working out and living healthily, I manage to not be prone to diseases. It even made my skin fairer and cleaner. Most of all, I was able to avoid mental illnesses.

Hi People! My name is Janet. I'm a freelancer. My goals are to live a long and healthy life. I'm currently on the slow carb diet and lifestyle and combine this with intermittent fasting of 16-24 hours. Lately I'm struggling and have not been as disciplined as I would like(probably because I took a two week break during christmas) I like this diet because you have a cheat day once a week.  I'm researching Keto and Paleo and any low carb variations that would allow me to eat more of what I want.

I am a 25 year old engineer. My daily routine for me to be fit is that I walk and jog every early in the morning. During my leisure time, I always see to it that I spend some of my time cycling, going around our village. I am new to this forum and I think I can learn a lot from this. Hope to know more about you guys!

My name is Ann and I live in Cebu City, Philippines. I currently work as a Remote Desktop Support Specialist. I'm health conscious and I try to live my daily life in a healthy lifestyle. I go gym like 2-3 times a week. If I don't have time to go gym or get lazy, I'll do exercise at home or go for a walk. In my office, instead of eating at our pantry, I go for a walk on a nearby restaurant. We get a lot of benefits from exercise. It is good for our health, mind and weight management. We need to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables also to keep our body function very well. We can eat meat but just moderate and keep a healthy balance.

Hi everybody. I'm Nards, 50 years old and an engineer by profession. In my kind of work, I always wanted to stay fit and healthy to keep up with work loads. I run a couple of kilometers during weekends and eat fresh fruits, healthy foods and an active sex life. I found out Androgrow in Twitter and  I thought it would be nice to join, learn and share to the community.

Hi fishbate here, a father of two and happily married to my awesome wife. I'm a technician by profession and a musician by heart. As a worker i usually do not have the time to go the gym to work out. So tired on workdays, resting on the weekends is mostly what i do. I tried to do some home exercise and healthy living just to keep my health in good condition. Joining groups and sites are one thing that i do to always keep me informed to avoid doing things that could harm me. I'm glad that i'm here, and surely i came to the right place.:D

Gosh! That's so inspiring. It's cool that you've accomplished this without going to the gym. It shows that we can always commit to the betterment of our health without regular visits to workout facilities. It just takes motivation and consistent action to meet our goals. Hope you continue to do well. Medical studies can be stressful and difficult at times. May you power through it.

Hello Everyone!

My Name is Adam, 26, UK and I am an androgrowholic. I have recently just started taking fitness much more seriously. I started at around 205lbs and have recently just hit 189.6lbs through resistance training regularly.

I recently just made the switch to a ketogenic diet and I am hoping to get as lean as possible before switching to a bulking programme to build some muscle. I am also a YouTuber focusing mainly on beards but dipping my toe in the fitness subject by documenting my journey
